- I hope this dog is checked to being an welsh springer. I have personal experience of a council warden listing a blaintant Brittany spaniel as an ESS lived white and DOg was denied owner enquiry as wrong on paper. Was later rehomed and a mare to get back.
Soo important people in position to list from council know their dogs. On my case I reckon it was intentional to order. Dog handed into different county same day. All didn’t add up. - 2020-04-21 12:44 MsTK
- Could this be Spring ESS missing from Wales? Prison Service dog?

- Can this be confirmed a Welsh spaniel?? I’d say English springer. Quite important to list correctly
