What wonderful news, I'm so happy Dylan has found her way home.  I spoke to Libby the other day and there were only a few more things which could be done.  Maybe posters did it...  In any case, welcome home Dylan and hope you'll stay safe from now on. A microchip would be a very good homecoming prezzie. xxxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Dylan came home at 8.15 this morning.  She is very tired and very thin, but fine.  No idea where she has been as there have been no sightings over the 11 days she was missing. We are all overjoyed to have her home and will be getting her microchipped and a name tag asap. Many thanks for all your support and help. LibbyLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I'm so sorry Dylan has gone missing and do hope you will find her very soon.  You obviously have all the necessary information and advice to keep visiting and calling West End Kennels, Pampered Pets and all others in the area in case she has been taken in.  Poster at the Fox & Goose, local shops/PO, and all pubs in the area if you can too.  Give posters to postman, binmen, newspaper boys/girls, delivery men, etc.  I don't know if there are any scenting/tracking dogs in the area, such as the E Anglian Hounds at Great Easton who may be able to help?  Do hope good luck and perseverence will bring Dylan home safely. xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Email from owner    Thank you so much for the helpful documents.  I have contacted Mid Suffolk and South Norfolk District Councils and all local vets and rescue centres.  I have printed posters off will will post them in as many places as possible.  Dylan went off with my Great Dane, Kitty on Wednesday afternoon, while being walked in fields behind my house.  Kitty was seen in Fressingfield village (about 1.5 miles away) that afternoon but she came home alone.  I have searched the hedges, ditches, ponds and rabbit warrens as much as possible. We live in the middle of fields with lots of hedges and woodland, so not a simple task She has never gone down a rabbit hole before, but I suppose there is always a first time.  I will continue looking and hoping that if someone has picked her up they are looking after her.
Many thanks for your help
Rang home but owner out searching. Will try later. Left message on mobile.  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hello Libby- so sorry Dylan has got lost. We will do all we can to help you. I have emailed you lots of information and contact numbers for Dog wardens, vets, and rescue centres, plus advice about postering the area, which is very important as Dylan has no ID. Anybody finding her needs to see a poster with your contact details. Good Luck and either myself or another co-ordinator will call you later. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
