Mandy, I'm so pleased to hear that Molly is back home safe and sound and that she had been well looked after by her caring finder. It was very kind of him to take her in to his home. Welcome home Molly!

Molly is still missing. Have phoned dog wardens havent heard anything so far. Still putting posters any where and every where. Giving leaflets out to people. We have got friends and family to put posters in their cars. Have phoned different vets and kennels. Still going back too walderslade woods incase she turns up there. Wendy from Dog lost given me a few more ideas and has been a great help, thank you so much. If there is anyone else that has any ideas or can help in anyway it will be very much appreciated. I hear that there is a medway team. Where are you could do with some help. Molly is a much loved family pet and we are all missing her very  much and carnt wait to have her causing mischief again around the house. So if any body can help please get in touch. Thank you mandy X  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I've just spoken to Mandy - sadly Molly is still missing. I asked the family to register and post as to what they have done so far but here's what Mandy told me: a man went into the local Asda store on Sunday to say that he had seen a black dog (Molly is very dark brown) in the car park. Unfortunately the supermarket didn't take his details. It isn't clear whether he was able to catch the dog but nothing has been heard since. Asda has displayed a poster. They have put up around 200+ posters (I believe) so far and have covered vets, rescues, DWs, police, pubs, schools, parks, their car windows, community centre where they also hold dog training classes, petrols stations &, street cleansing. Radio Medway has broadcast details and Molly's missing ad will go into next week's edition (sadly they missed the deadline for this week) of their local newspaper. They have hand delivered posters through the doors of houses close to Asda and have been returning to the area where Molly went missing from. Although Molly has run off in the past, she has always come back. They will be contacting Network Rail tomorrow (have said to make sure that they get a ref. no.). I suggested cab offices and the local hospital. All in all, they are doing a brilliant job of looking for Molly but would appreciate help and any further suggestions. I don't know the area and so hope that Team Medway might be able to get on Molly's case! Hope it won't be long until she is back home with her worried family.

Mandy, sorry to see Molly is missing and thanks for registering her, we will do all we can to help you in your search for him.  You need to poster poster poster the area as much as possible.  Posters can be printed once a photo has been uploaded by selecting Dog Poster 1  just above Dog Information (you must be logged in).  Contact DW’s, rescues, vets and leave a poster (you can find vets in the area by clicking on the logo right hand side just underneath Latest Missing photo).  Great that she is spayed and microchipped, please contact the Chip Co and ensure your details are up to date.  Do update us on who has been contacted ie DW’s etc and if you have started postering.  You can leave a comment by selecting  Add a comment just above Comments.  Good luck and hope she is found soon.  Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
