Confirmation from owner, I hope police will now be more believing when told a dog has been stolen.
The longer these scum continue to make a living out of holding people's pets to ransom the longer this will continue.
If any other owners find themselves in this situation please never give a set amount for finder's fee. They will always push to up it.
