- Indoor cats that "Escape" lile this will usually feel very anxious being out of their comfort zone which is in their own homes with people they trust; their owners. They will sometimes hide close by, or have an adventue in someone`s garden. A door he has access to open wide, and stand aside. Don`t block his entrance or he may see it as a "Thrat" and run away. Put some tuna/sardines or warm chicken in his dish, and place it about twice the widt of the open door. Place his UNWASHED blanket into a clean container along with yoyr scent too. Leave it about 1, or 2 metres from the open door. Empty contents of the hoover onto the garden as his scent will be there; litter contents too. DO NOT put the litter tray outside as other cats may use it, and it could confuse, and upset the cat. About open windows. Cats have very flexible spines which rotates so tney can squeeze into small spaces (About 2"3" wide (7/7.5cm) Check all outbuildings as he maybe hiding in one. Post flyers through doors too. Take a walk around the area holding an object with his scent on such as an UNWASHED blanket used by the cat, and rattlle some Dreamies. Paws xd.
