Sadly owner suffers with epilepsy and blacked out A lady posted on a local group saying a family friend's neighbour had rescued the dog from someone kicking him and now rehomed. Next day she changed the story saying dog was at RSPCA. RSPCA know nothing about this dog nor does the dog warden x
