Alerted earlier to a FOUND in Kirkby which was a strong possibility it was OSCAR sent msgs to his family who are followed up. It is him. Thanks to those for the alert and finder.

If possible, and dry, place Oscar`s cage outside by an open door or window, and put inside his favourite treats or/and some millet; his toys too. ( Under supervision of course) Also try a reoording of a similar bird. Try Utube for a recording. Claws xd.
