SNIPER FOUND SAFE!!

“We are so delighted to share with you all that we are bringing this gorgeous, gentle little girl home after 16 months. We honestly didn't think we would ever see her again after Duster was so devastated after three months and you would never find one of them without the other. Unfortunately her best buddy is not there to welcome her home but four of the others are.
Six were stolen and Sniper makes it five that we have successfully brought home thanks to your endless searching and sharing making it too difficult to keep them hidden.
Sniper was brought into Vets for Pets in Farnborough and was greeted by Maria, who scanned her microchip, tracked us down and made sure Sniper was showered with love from all her team and looked after until we got to pick her up. (This location is not a million miles from where Lilly and Chloe were also found)
Although we have had many sleepless nights worrying and the experience has been traumatic for my family and the dogs themselves, I can only, at this stage, feel immense gratitude that whoever Sniper has ended up with (as I doubt it is who stole her) has obviously looked after her really well and she is not at all traumatised and as chilled out and relaxed as she always was.
HUNTER is the only one still not home. Please keep up the amazing efforts and hopefully we will soon have him back where he belongs too.”

Will see if we can get alerts sent out for Hunter too.

💙💙 DUSTER IS HOME 💙💙

Thank you all so much for sharing his details and helping to ensure that we got Duster home where he belongs.

DUSTER was found wandering around Martock, just outside Yeovil and an hour and a half from home.
I would really like to thank Cheryl House, the lovely lady who picked him up, tried to untangle his ears and fed him before taking him to the vet and making sure he was looked after.
We requested holding back with publicising his return to hopefully get an opportunity of checking the local area in case any of the others may have been there and not alert who ever may have stolen them but unfortunately it was shared and so far we have not had any success in tracing the others.

He was in a pretty bad state, stinking, filthy and eyes and ears in a mess - and was very shaken. A bath, new bed and a heat lamp has ensured that he is feeling better. To see him so sad was heart breaking but he is slowly improving and a little spark is coming back to his eyes and he is slowly accepting he is now safe again. It will take time but at least we have him home where he belongs.

It is hard to express the amount of gratitude we have for everyone who has been so supportive and have been behind us since we started this awful journey on 28th July, when Duster was stolen, along with 5 other English Springer Spaniels - Poppy, Lilly, Sniper, Hunter and Chloe (in pup when stolen) who are a still missing.
Please keep sharing their posts so that we can hopefully reunite them all and get them home safe too.
