Please look out for him, if FOUND he should be reported to he Council Dog Warden (required by LAW). Can taken to a vet to be scanned,

He has been found and is safe. Finder is trying to contact Tara no answer on either contact numbers. Have tried as well. Thank you to his finder and everyone for the alert.
