- This is just fantastic news to come home to. I have been out all day since I spoke to Candy's carer this morning and am delighted to see that she had been taken in and looked after by some nice people which is what we were hoping had happened ! Well done to the man and his daughter for looking after her until they saw the posters. Many thanks to Jan for getting a similar photo of Candy on site and also texting me with the good news ! Welcome home Candy and please stay safe from now on xxx PamLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Candy has been found safe and well. A very kind man and his young daughter found her yesterday afternoon and took her home and gave her lots of love and food. They saw one of my posters this afternoon when out walking her and called me. I was there in minutes for a very tearful reunion. Candy is not my dog, i am looking after her while her mum is away but i have been heart broken about her going missing. I have had tremendous support and help from many people in the Tickhill / Doncaster / Harworth area and want to thank them all. After tucking into some warm chicken Candy is now fast asllep in her basket. Thank you to everyone for ll your help. Catherine x Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Pam, I've uploaded a similar photo of an Apricot Poodle, can be replaced if they find a better one. Fingers crossed she is found soon before her owners get home, hopefully she has been taken in and they will get a call after the weekend or once a posters has been seen. Good luck. - There were several SIGHTINGS of little Candy up untill 1pm yesterday in the Harworth area !!! Then no more sightings at all so it is highly likely someone has taken her in. She has escaped from people caring for her whilst her owners are away and they have no photos of her. We will try and get a similar photo on site. Her carers have been out constantly searching for her and have put up posters and contacted stray kennels. Hoping for some news of Candy very soon xx PamLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Cath sorry to see Candy is missing, is she 14 months or years? Can you upload a jpg photo or send to admin@doglost.co.uk a.s.a.p. any problems with a photo let us know. We will do all we can to help you in your search for her. You need to poster poster poster the area as much as possible. Posters can be printed once a photo has been uploaded by selecting Dog Poster 1 just above Dog Information (you must be logged in). Contact DW's, rescues, vets and leave a poster (you can find vets in the area by clicking on the logo right hand side just underneath Latest Missing photo). Dogs can be rehomed after 7 days, try and visit rescues do not rely on phone calls alone. Do up date us on who has been contacted i.e. DW's etc and if you have started postering. You can leave a comment by selecting Add a comment just above Comments. Good luck and hope she is found soon. Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
