QUICK UPDATE!!
She wasn’t Stolen - just not reported as found. The lady took her home, cared for her - walked her around the area looking for owners. The lady was unaware that there is a legal obligation to report found dogs to the local animal warden.
Whilst out doing this she came across two men who had seen Sky’s Poster on Facebook . . .
She called Luke and the rest you know.
