Absolutely elated to see that lovely Lottie has been found safe, but tinged with a little sadness that she has not gone back to her home. Poor sweetie. Makes you wonder what she has been through. Hoping she has the time and space she needs to decompress and live a safe, happy and loved life. Well done to all involved. xxx

My thoughts are for Lottie's owner who has had to put Lottie's well being her main priority, a true dog lover who has gone through a very touch time this last two years due to the crime committed. Thank you Brooke for putting her first in your thoughts and actions. I hope that we get an update when she is settled.

A very brave and difficult decision by Brooke but it does sound like the best outcome for poor Lottie. I hope she finds a loving home which suits her needs very soon. Safe at last. X

Lottie has been found safe & well. She is however very timid & slightly traumatised after her 2 year ordeal. With careful consultation with dog warden, Brooke her owner has decided to let Lottie go to a much quieter calmer household, with no stresses of children & other dogs. This has been a very difficult & heartwrenching decision, but a brave one for the sake of Lottie. Well done to her owner for making this hard decision.

Lottie has been found in Guildford. Owner has been in touch with kennels & trying to sort out getting her back to Cornwall.

I’m not 100% sure if this is her but I saw on Facebook a dog who looks the exact same found in Aberdeen. I would add photos if I could. Comment pasted below

The dog has now been handed into Queen St police station (Aberdeen) where they can read its tag and contact the owners.

If not tagged it will go to Mrs Murray’s.
