Loki still not collected ..owner has just advsed this will be tomorrow.

Contacted owner via text message. Loki is at Cardonald Dog & Cat home. Not collected yet as owner is not at home to get his ID which is needed to collect Loki. I advised him that the fees rise daily. Hopefully Loki will be colleccted tomorrow.
