Will put poster in Mole Valley Farmers in Bridgwater. Owner could try website 'Its been nicked'. Farmers put tractors, diggers etc on it and there are horses on there also. You need a crime number and police station phone no to advertise on there. Don't think its very 'big' but worth a try. Smith will go on when I find the crime no I tidied away!

I will email Darts poster to all my rescue contacts in the UK and Ireland

There is a lovely article in the Fosseway Magazine about Dart this week, so I am hopeful that someone's memory ~ or more likely conscience ~ will be jogged by this.  Did the Shepton Journal run a piece on Dart too??   Whoever has taken this dog has targetted her and her alone.  Whoever you are, I hope you can sleep at night knowing that you have taken a little boys best friend away from him..............if you are reading this then please do the right thing and return Dart to where she belongs.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Please get in touch with the BaNES DW, Mendip and Bristol too as this dog is missing from very near the county border.  Has the owner reported this to the police and has it been reported as a CRIME not a LOSS??  Owner please speak to the shop owner in Gurney slade to see if there was anyone suspicious hanging around ~ someone must have seen something.  As you are on the main road to Bristol/Yeovil please make sure this road is heavily postered as well as all the surrounding villages. Please make Dart too hot to handle and involve the local press..........Shepton Mallet Journal are very keen to run animal stories.  Keep checking the dog pounds and rescue centres IN PERSON don't rely on busy staff there to do this for you, please check yourself. Please register on this site and update us with how you are getting on.............you will receive a huge amount of help and support from helpers on here. Good luck.  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
