Julie, does it matter if its a local dog or overseas? Its a dog! He has a microchip, he is an owned by a family with an autistic child and they live in Torrington. The RSPCA in South Godstone has 3-4 women that work there that are very toxic. This family did not deserve this. Shame on the arrogance and incompetence of RSPCA South Godstone.

From owner on Dog Lost Surrey page "EDIT HE HAS BEEN TAKEN IN BY THE RSPCA AND THEY HAVE LOCKED UP FOR THE NIGHT. HE HAS A TAG WITH A NUMBER ON BUT THEY DIDN'T CALL. AT LEAST HE IS SAFE."
