- Julie, does it matter if its a local dog or overseas? Its a dog! He has a microchip, he is an owned by a family with an autistic child and they live in Torrington. The RSPCA in South Godstone has 3-4 women that work there that are very toxic. This family did not deserve this. Shame on the arrogance and incompetence of RSPCA South Godstone.
