Sorry Jonathan only just seen your msg, don’t go online/fb while in work. No not in touch with Owner but did pass info I posted below onto another NW Co, will forward onto you ASAP. Hopefully things have been resolved and OZZY is back home and Chip details updated. Could of just been a matter of original owner who chip was still registered to finding out who OZZY now belongs to.

Seen missing post on fb by friend of owner, looks like OZZY has been picked up and original owner has claimed him. Chip details must of not of been up to date. This is why it is vital chip details are transferred to current owners. Hope it gets sorted.
