- Hi Mandy
Justin case you are unaware, this Lidl is on the border of 3 boroughs so it is worth contacting all their dog warden services even if he was stolen in case he has been let go or escaped:
Islington 020 7527 3222
Hackney 020 8356 6688
Haringey 07815 512 833
Maybe even Camden 07825 098947
These are the most up-to-date no.s I could find.
Best of luck

Thanks for commenting. Yes, Lidl has CCTV, but unfortunately does not cover the area the dog was tied. A pub further up the road has kindly agreed to review their CCTV footage. If no help, I'll contact shops across the road. The dog is not mine, but belongs to an elderly gentleman who is now extremely distressed. The community is rallying round by spreading the word. Local vets and local paper have been contacted. The theft has been reported to the police, and I'll update with CRN tomorrow once I've spoken to the owner. The dog is microchipped but still has the previous owner's details which are now out of date and mobile is a dead line.

- Have lidl been approached for cctv, also, have you informed the police of the theft, they should have given you a crime reference number, please email into stolen@doglost.co.uk with dog id 160208 so that status can be adjusted
