I very much doubt they were stolen. I’m guessing they got out and a tragic accident.

How very sad. It's tragic to loose one but two is unthinkable. If these poor dogs were stolen I hope they find whoever did this. RIP Roxy and condolences to your family xx

Cluck I sent the CRN number in and now they are headed as Stolen.

Both Roxy and Harley have been reported to the police as stolen. I am in touch with owner and she has a CRN (which I too have)
