In the case of these Two dogs I do not think they were stolen.
I have spoken to the owner and do not think this is the case now.
Very very sad.
My thoughts are with the owner.

How very sad. It's tragic to loose one but two is unthinkable. If these poor dogs were stolen I hope they find whoever did this. RIP Harley and condolences to your family xx
