- 'BARNEY' was never reclaimed by owner and is now in Furever Foster care thru @HullAnimalWelfareTrust but needs medical care. Wigan Council Stray Kennels has asked followers to share for BARNEY's veterinary costs

The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
