Ksea, I have just looked at map and see that there are golf courses near you. Please ask the staff to watch out for him, and see if you can put poster up in the club house, as dogs on the run often settle on golf courses as there is plenty of cover and they are relatively quiet and often have a watercourse or pond of some kind. I see from the map that you have the Whetstone brook going through the village so he may use that for drinking. Also pay attention to sports fields as when not in use they are quiet areas with pavilions for shelter.
