Great work Team Teddy, another one safe and sound.

Well Stanley certainly kept his owner on his toes over the last 24 hours,I'm sure at times he actually thought he was a whippet😂.
We had a number of sightings throughout yesterday and into the small hours, he was running at full pelt managing to avoid people but more importantly traffic, he was covering a huge area at speed and by some stroke of good luck avoided traffic... He was in very real danger.
We needed to let him settle in one area making sure that people knew not to give chase or call him, this would panic him further.
We worked out by mapping where he was that he seemed to be heading back to one area which he must have felt safe in, it was also quiet and had shelter, a runner had also seen him in the area and he'd actually wanted to play with the runners dog.
The owners headed to the location scenting the area, had he gone again? I met up with the owner and we put the thermal camera to work checking areas that the eye couldn't see. We then received a call that he'd been seen in a field we had just come out of and there he was, he moved off but by that time he'd had enough and decided his little adventure was over and he really wanted to go home.
As you can imagine we are all over the moon that he's reunited, safe and home, well done team Teddy ❤️❤️❤️xxxx.
