- He is tri-coloured too. Very affectionate but little unsure and scared? May not be him but worth a mention. His neck has a distinctive white line? Good luck.

- Hi, my son brought home a beagle x or maybe a foxhound? last night. We are in the south west of uk somerset. The dog was neutered medium adult. He seemed to have been lost and out for ages and exceptionally hungry and glad to have some rest in the warm. He has cuts and scars fresh and old which makes me think he has not been home for a while? could be a long shot but maybe worth giving our local DW a call, he left with them today as someone must be looking for him. 01935 462462 worth a call. Hope it's good news?

- We haven't forgotten you Max and I look out for you when I can, but without picture for poster the chances of finding you are more remote. Don't give up Martin, we hope you find your little boy. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Just come on to check up on poor Max. Sorry to see no pic yet - have looked around area but no posters or news. I did advise owner to get posters up at Woodbridge Rlw Stn which is nr where he was seen, and also to phone Network Rail 0203 356 9132/07983 339216 to make sure he's not been found on lines. Also Highways Authority (local Council offices). Only other bad risk is the river which runs all along by the rlw line. Beagles can run miles so he could be anywhere by now. Have checked Pampered Pets again today but he's not there. REALLY DO NEED POSTERS UP IN AREA. Lots of dog walkers there, I'd be amazed if none had seen him. Keep safe Max. xxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Thanks beardies - if you can help at all please give owner a ring. I'm sure he would be grateful. Have suggested we might be able to set a trap if we can get another sighting. No photo through again I'm afraid, and even sent an email to make sure he had my address right in order to simply attache and reply. Hope he has thought of railway ! Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Have spoken with owner. He now has a photograph which should be on later. He will be postering tomorrow but any help in area would be very welcome. There was only one sighting on the day he went missing at The Seal Pub Woodbrige. Max was described as very muddy and going hell for leather towards Woodbridge. Stay safe boy, until we catch up with you xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Been thinking of this poor dog and all others missing out in the cold last night, can the owner not get a picture for posters?Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Max slipped his collar on a walk nr Martlesham creek on Sat, he was seen nr the Seal pub Woodbridge at about 1pm on the same day. His previous home was Leiston area so he could be heading in that direction. He is a very nervous dog, he is also agitated by other dogs - if he is seen please do not approach but contact owner immediately. Any past sightings will be very helpful in reuniting this young boy with his caring owner. SGR radio, Vets, Wardens, Rescue kennels, police have been contacted and photo should be sent tomorrow so we can get posters up. Owner needs to then give them to postmen, milkmen, delivery men, etc as well as putting up all around area including Woodbridge Rlw Stn. & Taxi office there, plus dog walks. I have made other suggestions and hope Max will be reunited soon. He has had a sad life and needs to be home now. x Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- We're so sorry that Max has gone missing and do hope he'll turn up very quickly. Will call owner with advice. In the meantime you need to send a picture to admin@doglost.co.uk so we can get posters for you and helpers to put up a.s.a.p. Also call Pampered Pets 01728 747760 and West End Kennels 01449 737641 both are kennels where Max would be taken by Warden if found. Keep calling them daily. Also Dog Warden Suffolk Coastal 01728 747760. You need to get posters up everywhere including Seapets, Tescos and all around the area. Stay safe Max. xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
