I’ve just seen a post on FB about a shaggy haired dog, looking rather dirty maybe white/grey haired in the Huish Champflower area. Only issue is it had a blue collar so could be a male and I know Piggy is a female. I can send a photo but not sure how to do that.

Family need more help, they believe Piggy has been taken.

Piggy is an 18 month old Parsons Terrier who went missing from our garden in Wells, Somerset, on the morning of Thursday 8th October. She is chipped and neutered and was with my husband waiting to go for her walk. He took his eyes off her for 5 minutes during which time she vanished. She is not a wonderer and we have never lost her before. Even though the local community , dog wardens and volunteer dog searchers response and help has been amazing there has not been a single sighting of her since. This is Piggy and we are desperate to get her home:

Saturdays possible sighting revealed a local dog that was most likely the one spotted.
Also another possible loose white terrier miles opposite direction in ba4 evercreech but transpired most likely a westie that’s owned on the industrial estate and allowed to potter. So sadly back to no sightings.
I’ve worked the garden and paddock with owners again. Endoscopes a few holes but can’t be 100%. Stream has gone back to clear shallow level and locals remain on alert.
Today walked and scouting in woodlands and fields north of home and above next village of Dulcote. Owners advised to poster a few key stiles onto walks that way and alert golf club above that seems to be busy.

Possible sighting of loose white terrier Nr model Farm Wells BA5 3AE. Yesterday 17/10 by a stream/footpath off Tynings lane. Lady didn’t see anyone around with the dog either direction. Dog left out of sight upstream. Today we searched the area and spoke with local farm and spread the word. No other clues.
