Y'see it's that ~5 day thang... hellish for you 😰 - good work doing the basics so she could find a place of safety she knew, even if scared and disorientated.
I reckon 4 days missing without trace equals 4 weeks recuperation for you

Jack Russell's really are a breed apart, love them, but what a nightmare!

please phone a vet as may need rehydration
feed little and often
