ALFIE IS HOME ! Thanks for crossposting Reynard. Alfie had actually been stolen from the back garden. The thieves must have given up on him or lost him because he was found by a man who met owner out searching. Alfie is going to be chipped on Monday. Welcome home Alfie ! S xx

Jules, thank you so much for posting. Great that you are in the area. I'm hoping owner will post and let us know a rough area but do give owner a call if you feel you can offer support. I'm sure they would be very gratefull for anything you could do.

Really sorry that Alfie is missing. What part of Edgware has he gone missing from? I live in Edgware/Mill Hill and will keep a look out for him.Please let me know if there is anything I can do.

Owner as Alfie has got through the fence, please leave the way open for him to return. When he has finished his adventure, he may well do that himself, especially if you walk him out from the area and he knows it. Good idea to leave something with your scent on, such as clothing or pillow slips, near, and both inside and outside the opening. You can also leave smelly food and his bedding.

If you could tell us roughly where abouts in the town he is missing from and what you have done so far re- informing Dog wardens etc. We can then advise you better.
