I saw a man with a doberman in Springburn last week. I didn't pay him much attention at the time as wasn't aware of this missing dog, but I rembered thinking you never see them about. I think it was around lunchtime Christmas Eve. There are cameras at the Cruden building site on Millerbank Street, not sure if you could ask them if they would be able to check the footage but it might be like looking for a needle in a haystack as I can't be 100% sure on dates/times.
