- Just a note to let you know that you have more support than you might imagine. Have you seen how many shares there are on Louis' post? Many of them will be people like me, looking out for him every time we walk our dogs, and checking in every day hoping he has been found. You are living every owner's nightmare. I have been there myself and my heart goes out to you.

- Okay great.
I will let you know if I hear anything.
Refreshing post in relevant areas. - 2020-11-05 13:16 Helen
- Yes cameras still on from CCUK. Yes owners aware of full survival mode advice and are laying trails across key areas, should he return on that route. Thanks Lily

- Sorry to hear this.
I’m sorry the drone last Wednesday didn’t spot anything. I hope this we can do everything we can.
It’s good to hear you have cameras set up at certain locations. That will help.
I understand this is a stressful and emotional time. Have the owners been made aware of standard advice .. survival mode etc ?
Staying hopeful and patience and calm I know is hard but please try. Last edited: 2020-11-05 13:16:32 by Lily - 2020-11-05 13:00 Helen
- Hi Lily, Thats who we have been asking assistance from. One drone was sent up by a pilot last Wed. Since then we have asked for further advice and guidance, potentially another drone to look around the river behind the house, Louis may have run towards, but no contact from them. One of our valued rescue team members left her own comment asking for assistance on the Drone SAR post and noone has reverted to her. We run a rescue group too and know that trying to fulfil people's expectations when dogs are lost is difficult..none of us are super heroes, BUT, I, we expected more from them quite frankly. This is a pet not a newly arrived rescue that can think on its feet. Louis imo has not had the support he should have had. Have no idea where we go from here. Apologies for the emotional response..we have never lost a dog and not found it in our area and its difficult to know we cant go there to help. Last edited: 2020-11-05 13:03:13 by Helen

- I’m so sorry to hear this Helen.
I am still sharing and posting.
Have you contacted Drone SAR lost dogs ? - 2020-11-04 15:42 Helen
- Nothing.. we have had absolutely no sightings since the 26/10. Cameras are still being used at key entry/exit point to village and the surrounding villages are also aware. He is on all relevant local sites, posters are up, but owners are searching on their own. We have had assistance ONLY from CCUK with their cameras and these are still being used, but we have had no assistance otherwise, other than one drone last Wed. We have been requesting from other relevant groups, ground searchers and further advice, but no response there. The one drone last Wed flew during a busy dog walking time (half term) which showed nothing and although we have asked for further assistance, perhaps a wider area, this has not been offered. Quite frankly, the lack of support that we were so expecting for Louis, has not been there from the start and we have no idea where to turn or what to do from here on.Last edited: 2020-11-04 15:43:39 by Helen

- Louis is completely unfamiliar with area as he was rehomed today and slipped out of his new owners hands outside their home. Last seen heading towards Holt and is wearing the black harness in images. He will be extremely afraid and must not be approached. We need sightings at this stage please. Thank you
