Thank you everyone for all the concern and the advice. The family who found her did not want to accept the reward, so it will be donated to the Doglost website. You have been fantastic.
Tess is curled up next to me and is remarkably well, considering how long she had been trapped outside in hideous weather.
What a Christmas present!

plumptum1, BRILLIANT news that you have now got Tess back HOME, thanks for letting us know.  Poor girl we are sure she will soon be back to normal with plenty of TLC, be careful with her feeding and give her a little but often for a few days.  A big 'THANK YOU' to the finders.  Welcome home Tess and no more wandering especially in this cold weather.  obie1 you must have been an omen asking for an update. xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Thank you so much for all you help and concern. This morning Tess was returned to us. She had been trapped for a week. She couldnt eat because her harness kept her mouth shut. She is next to me now, very happy!!
Thank you so much!

Owner, so sorry to see Tess has gone missing. I have emailed you some information sheets, but we need a photograph straight away for the poster. If you cannot upload one yourself, please email it back to me or if you have a photo on a camera phone it can be texted to the mobile on the email. Your account is activated so please leave us a comment with more details of the area Tess is missing from and what has been done so far. If she knows the area, she will probably make her way back, so leave a way open for her and something with your scent on and her bedding outside the house. You need hundreds of posters up immediately in the area with your contact numbersLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
