Is this the same dog who was lost in July for 3.5 weeks from his foster home in Cambridge - - same name, identical looking pic - if it is why does it keep happening - mayb won’t b so lucky the next time

Spotted twice this week, about 6:45am, this morning was wondering around brocks green and ran into one of the gardens. First time spotted by duck pond, he seems to be staying around the same area. Ecchinswell
