Saw on another post owner wanted to put this poor rescue to sleep luckily the vet didn’t ( after dumping him no doubt) - rescues should always go back to the original rescue if at all possible and chips should keep the rescue info on the chip besides owners - or chip companies could give out that info - wat a poor life this dog has had so far from Romania to this but thankfully now safe with a good rescue let’s hope life picks up for him going forward
