You Tip's family worked so hard and followed the advice of the charities - FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR DOG. Tip kept the faith and managed to survive - FOR THE LOVE HE HAD FOR HIS FAMILY. Rescues and so many others searched, shared, messaged, gave help and advice - FOR THE LOVE OF A DOG. People donated what they could for his treatment - FOR THE LOVE OF A DOG AND IT'S FAMILY. Get well Tip we are all routing for you and your human family.

You must feel so relieved. Wonderful that he was found. The vets will be like checking into a 5 star ⭐️ hotel after his ordeal. Hopefully home for cuddles soon!

TIP HAS BEEN FOUND!

He has a serious neck injury and is currently having emergency treatment at a vets. We cannot thank each and every person that has shared our posts/helped search for Tip enough.

He survived 9 days, in the blistering cold and rain, with a serious injury, in an area totally unknown to him. He is an absolute miracle ❤️❤️❤️

Amy, don’t ever lose faith.
It’s 6.5 years since my two girls Tinker and Hemp were stolen, I still search every day and won’t ever give up.

We have been to the location today, far too windy to get drone out. I don’t believe he is at the place that he ran from as it is open land with no shelter or warmth xx

🆘🆘URGENT -TIP WAS SERIOUSLY INJURED BY ANOTHER DOG WITH A SERIOUS NECK WOUND - NEEDS FOUND ASAP 🆘🆘

There has been delay in trying to find Tip due to the wrong area on original post.
❌❌ Tip is missing from west burton LEYBURN DL8 not York❌❌

Tip Male Lurcher Sand/white (Age: Adult)

Missing from West Burton, Leyburn, DL8, DL8 area, North East on Sunday, 15th November 2020

Tip may be injured as he was attacked by another dog before running away. Very distinctive eyes as they are different colours. Tip should be wearing a brown collar.

Update: it turns out we have been searching the wrong area since Sunday. My brother was unsure where he was when Tip ran away as he was with his friend who had permission to be on farmers land. The friend has just informed us in the last 5 minutes that they were infact in West Burton, Leyburn. Very frustrating as we feel like we have wasted very precious time searching in the complete wrong area. We will be heading to West Burton today in hope of finding him. We’re keeping hope that we will find him xx

Amy,sounds like you're contacting the right people. Suggest you flood area with posters and flyers too. If in survival mode he may be more active at dawn and dusk-so may be worth going back to the spot you last saw him and leaving some of your clothing and maybe some food in case he returns to that spot. Also, if he hears your voice it may lure him out. X

Thank you so much to everybody that has shared my post so far. We spoke to every farmer/game keeper that we could today. We will be back out tomorrow morning looking for him and will be contacting vets/shelters. We greatly appreciate the help. Hoping for his safe return to where he belongs xx

Shared to ♥️Helmsley site and asked people to share and keep a look out. Is there a more specific area where lost? The moors are vast .....Please let local farmers and landowners in the area know about him....they are part of a vast network. Fingera crossed you will soon have him back.😪
