Update from Lexi's Mum on her Facebook page - there is also a photograph.I’ve had so many messages from people sending their love for Lexi and all of us so thank you so much ❤️
Lexi is doing really well she’s actually managed to eat a little bit of chicken today which is amazing ❤️ She is very slowly putting weight on her back leg and very slowly gaining weight from the fluids ❤️ the vets have said that I may be able to go and see her tomorrow which will be absolutely amazing!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Further updates on Lexi - Update 29th Dec - She's in emergency surgery due to an obstruction in her tum. Keep fighting Lexi.
Update 30th Dec - Lexi is such a little fighter, she's made it through the emergency op The next 24 hours is critical for her. Please keep her in your thoughts.

Another update for you all - Lexi's recovery will be a long one, but so far, she is making positive baby steps forward, She also has an injured back leg which will  need treatment when she's a little stronger.

From Lexi's Facebook page earlier this afternoon - Update from Lexi's Mum, Lexi is still at the vets, very very poorly. They are doing lots of tests and we will know more later 😢🙏🙏 Please keep praying for Lexi to get better

Come on Lexi, the vets will do all they can to get you well again, my thoughts are with you all. What a story you could tell if you could talk. Were you found and kept then got away or have you survived alone for the past 6 weeks.

Draw curtains and play music to mask sound of fireworks.

Try not to leave your pets on their own during fireworks.

Create a safe and secure "bunker" in a familiar place at home.
