I’ve been informed that she was last spotted being walked on the 9th the day she was meant to be returned by my ex’s sister and mother.

If you have a court order for her to be returned, surely its up to your solicitor to give your ex notice of failing to comply, is she missing from your ex or is she missing because they haven't returned her?

I have sent some advice via email although I'm not sure how much help we can offer in the circumstances other than to inform police and the court that she has not yet been returned to you.
