- Alert sent to Reading Buses whose depot is on same street (Great Knollys) - office closed til 08:30hrs tomorrow morning although services are still operating this evening and suggested awareness passed to drivers/passengers. There is also an Ambulance Station off the same street (on North Street) to inform this evening, if appropriate.

- Advice offered to owner's daughter Sophie following missing reports posted on local Facebook groups and listed with her permission. Lola was on a familiar walk from home in Chatham Street with Sophie's Dad's partner when she managed to get loose and ran off. Owner has reportedly walked this area extensively plus checked location of where Lola was found on the previous occasion loose by the river. It is hoped Lola would find her way home if able. Should she not be located, Sophie can print posters. There is a 24/7 vet practice locally and the Warden is Reading Borough Council (M-F office hours only). Lola is very nervous of strangers; a rescue dog. Lola is wearing a collar with contact number and is spayed.
