UPDATE...
'Wellington' is doing ok. Probably a bit deaf, underweight, as well as being blind. No-one has come forward as his owner yet so there will be a 7 day wait to see if anyone does. Thank you for all your shares. It enables as many people to know that he has been found in case there is someone who has been worried about him.

Shared poor boy - not that far from where we are. Shared to local groups - maybe an older owner who may not be on social media and he possibly has wandered off and became disorientated (just a thought).
But with his condition and wondering if lurcher cross - I really hope it's not that...
Hopefully there will be a happy home for you sweetheart...either way. Good Luck lovely lad x

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
