- why are there still sooooo many dogs on the lost and found pages without up to date microchip and no collar with id tag? Owners dont realise how lucky they are to be reunited without any id

- He has been REUNITED now and he has been posted on Scouse Pets 2 before when sighted in the area. Hopefully owner will get him chipped and keep him in may not be so lucky next time. Will add the full body pics from before in case he is found again.
