- I know sometimes a person will take a fancy to someone`s cat, and try to hide it in their house. I have known this happen until the thief saw the owner, searching for his pet, and returned the cat. Do the Cat Trapping Team think this is a possibility? As there haven`t been any positive sightings, and Lenny is a very handsome cat. or has he managed to climb into a vehicle? Come on Lenny show yourself please if you can. Paws xd.Last edited: 2020-12-03 08:42:46

- Assume trap still set up? If so then place an object with Lenny`s scent on such as his UNWASHED blanket (Or part of it) With owners scent too if possible. And is there someone who could befriend him; such as feed him, so he will gain their trust, by putting a trail of treats up to, and inside their house, and confine him, and call the owners. Just a thought, as being a cat owner, I know they can be very quick. Paws xd.

- CROSS POSTED UPDATE from his group page:
A quick update , Lennys mum and Dad have been posting flyers today and walking in local fields, Also a lovely young lady Jessica has been out from the start walking through fields and talking to people. We had a sighting today of a cat ! Not sure if its Lenny but its given us a focus and hope that hes not too far from home ! I will be there myself tomorrow so will update when I get back ! Please pray he shows himself ❤❤❤.please keep on sharing and adding people to group xx - 2020-11-29 12:06 Unknown
- As neutered, Lenny should not be too far away. Have you taken his doggie friends with you when searching? As maybe they could "Sniff him out"? He will probably be very happy to see his furry friends Also when out looking out for Lenny wear the same deodorant you use on a day to day basis as he will recognize the scent, and your the one he trusts. Good idea as well to take with you his UNWASHED blanket, and rattle some Dreamies. And don`t forget to take with you his cat carrier. Paws xd.Last edited: 2020-11-29 12:10:02

- CROSS POSTED update from Lenny’s fb group:
Ive been to Lennys home today , his mummy and Daddy are missing him so much as are his furry Brother Jimmy and his doggy pals too ! They are doing everything possible to get him home , more scenting today , more leaflets posted and posters put up in the area. Ive spoken to people today too and the feedback has been positive , they have all seen the fb posts ! We need all eyes looking for him . Please pray we get a sighting soon so we can narrow down the search and concentrate on an area and give Lennys mum some hope !
Come on Lenny show yourself ❤ x - 2020-11-28 17:56 Unknown

- Thanks janiejewel1649. Owner has already been following the advice below and is being helped by local Cat Rescue Group who registered LENNY on DogLost and are also assisting with searching/trapping. He has been sighted in the local area and hopefully we get the news he is home soon.

- Housecats that go awol like this will usually feel very anxious, and scared being out of their comfort zone which is in their own home with people they trust; their owners; they tend to hide close by, or have an adventure in a neighbours garden., A door Lenny has access to, open wide, and stand aside. Don`t block his entrance, or he may feel "Threatened, and run away. Empty contents of the hoover onto the garden as his scent will be there: litter tray contents too. DO NOT put the litter tray/box out as other cats may use it, and it could upset, and confuse the cat. Put some tuna/sardines, or chicken in his dish, and leave it about twice the length of the open door. (Inside house) Place his UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, and leave it about 1/2 metres from the open door, If al else fails, you could borrow a cat trap from Cat Protection for a small donation, maybe. Paws xd.
