I am constantly looking for her and carry her poster in my pocket, but there are no posters at Riverside Country Park. This is such a strong dog walking area it might be an idea if you could put those banners back up as a second campaign. Sylv x

hi all sorry to join in so late ,i was aware of flossy as had read it in the local paper ,i dont recieve any emails from doglost not sure why they just dont seem to come through ! anyway here is my home number for next time 01634579790,happy to help whenever i can as usual although doggyless for the time being as sadly had to have dear Harry pts sleep last friday,but will walk the walk alone to put up posters ect if needed regards to all Tracey

Wondered where the banners had gone. Sharp's Green car park isn't covered at all with posters though. I'm constantly looking for her with poster in pocket and I walk through the wild part of the park. love Sylv xx

BUMPED due to press coverage There is a half page story on missing JRT Floss, page 13 Medway News last Friday.   Hoping this may bring some reponse and sightings.

sorry took time to reply, Floss is still missing and we are starting to believe that something may have happened to her. We have been moving the banners around and targeting different areas as not had any telephone calls as yet. Hoping that she is safe as the weather really has not been too good. will let u know if i hear anything x

Everyone seems aware of her due to your extensive postering. I'm keeping my eyes peeled in my doggie walks and driving through Gillingham and Rainham. Might be worth dropping by the stables at the Motney end of Riverside on the main road as she might be sheltering, but do keep going to the kennels - give them posters, and circulate all the vets including the PDSA. If I found a stray I would take it to vet for scanning before going anywhere else. I note Riverside still has loads of rabbits running about so she could be feeding herself and lying low. love Sylv x

Am going down to Motney this afternoon so will be eyes peeled. Have you told the people who own the Barn Restuarant as they're great doggie folk and of course worth asking the Three mariners next door if they'd take a poster. She might be trying to rummage around there. Am carrying your poster and a spare lead just in case I stumble on her. love Sylv xx

thank you for all support, Floss went missing at riverside but would be working way back to twydall, gillingham. Has been 2 possible sightings 1 at riverside and 1 in central gillingham but not a sight of her when been to both areas. missing floss so much really hope we can find her...

Don't know where she actualy lives Sherlock. Walked Riverside today from tearoom to Motney car park and no sign of her, but a whacking big banner on the five-bar gate at the quayside and smaller one along the pathway. Have doggie friends who live next to the park so will send the poster to them although they'll have seen the banners. love Sylv xx

I have no idea how i've missed this one in the last week... other than the fact she went missing on my birthday and i've been in an alcoholic blur since!!  I see that she's possibly gone missing from riverside park way but the place missing from is ME8 - is that rainham or is she actually from gillingham (ie ME7) - how far is home from where she went missing?  Sorry lots of questions... trying to figure out where she might've been heading from and to.  Sylv nice to see you helping out again... Definitely check Jasmil, that's the closest kennels to where she'll have gone missing. SB.

Blimey the effort this owner has made postering is quite something with banners on five-bar gates. Fantastic effort and let's hope it works soon. Has you handed aposter into the PDSA at Gillingham Buisness Park as people might hand her in on account of the police station now moved to Chatham Maritime. Also check Jasmil and Viking Oak kennels personally as description mistakes can be made. There are a few kennels in the Rainham Gillingham area as well love Sylv xx

Although all the parks are now closed until Saturday take heart there are even more doggie walkers using them as we find every hole and fence going to get in. Am carrying her poster with me Sylv x

thank you for information regarding a possible sighting at tea rooms.  I have posted posters down there but still have had no joy.Floss is still missing and we are extremly worried.There is now a ?200.00 reward for floss's return.Any info regarding floss would be appreciated.  Floss has black markings on her face, her body is white apart from when she has a bath you can see black dots under her white fur...Come home soon floss x

I heard a dog very similar in markings to this one was running loose in Riverside Country Park just nefore dark near the tearoom today. If so it's likely the rangers would alert the dog warden service - one of sorts does exist with Medway Council. Would be a good idea to poster Riverside anyway due to the high volume of dog walkers Sylv xx

Owner, sorry to see Floss is missing.  Thanks for registering her details on DL, we will do all we can to help you in your search.  Can you please supply us with a photo or similar one, email to admin@doglost.co.uk (include Foss' ID No in heading).  You need to poster poster poster the area as much as possible.  Posters can be printed by selecting Dog Poster 1 just above Dog Information (you must be registered and logged in). Contact DW's, rescues, vets and leave a poster (you can find vets in the area by clicking on the logo right hand side just underneath Latest Missing photo).  Dogs can be rehomed after 7 days, try and visit rescues do not rely on phone calls alone.  Great Floss is CHIPPED do ensure you contact the Chip Co and report her missing and details are up to date.  Please do register and update us on who has been contacted i.e. DW's etc and if you have started postering.  You can leave a comment by selecting  Add a comment  just above Comments.  Good luck and hope she is found soon.  Jan x
