- This is an appeal to the people who have Luna,
Please do the right thing and let her go home where she belongs with her owner Mario- Heraclito Apolo
You can do this by taking her to any vets in the UK and saying you just found her, you won't need to leave details.
By now you will know the police came to your house but couldn't find you or Luna there, and that your family denied ever seeing a dog matching her description..
We understand your families need to protect you and also your desires to keep Luna, I'm sure you are totally in love with her.
We can assure you that we don't want any trouble once Luna is home and we want to protect your families reputation.
We don't care how you came about Luna in December when she first ran away from home in London... perhaps you found her straying or perhaps you were given her by someone who did.
Please take this opportunity to act now to return Luna to her real owner who has looked for her every day, all 262 days since she has been gone.

- Sadly, is not Luna.
I have spoken to Vets, Warden, and Katherine to get the full story.
Dog was brought from a rescue center to Hollycroft Vets, They check the microchipped and Katherine was contacted.
She confirm that is not her dog, but is a litter sibling.
Katherine and the Vets confirm there is a mixed up on the information of the microchipped.
The dog was taken back to the rescue center.
I spoke to the vets directly which confirm it is a 6/7 months old puppy and for sure not a 1 year and 3 months as Luna.
I contacted the wardens of Hinckley council which confirm they haven´t receive any dog from Hollycrofts Vets. (They have my details just in case)
Sadly, not Luna, but grateful for everyone helping. - 2021-01-04 21:09 CatLadie

I’ve just been contacted by a vet in Leicestershire about a female Yorkshire terrier mix that they’ve had handed in to them... under the impression that she is ours due to a microchip mix up.
Because of the mix up they are unable to get in contact with the owner of the lost dog. I’m hoping I can find the owner and get the vet details to them so they can be reunited.
Please share - especially if you’re around Leicestershire.
I’m assuming she’ll look similar to her sister that we have.Katherine Juska

I’ve just been contacted by a vet in Leicestershire about a young female Yorkshire terrier mix that they’ve had handed in to them... under the impression that she is ours due to a microchip mix up.
Because of the mix up they are unable to get in contact with the owner of the lost dog. I’m hoping I can find the owner and get the vet details to them so they can be reunited.
I’m assuming she’ll look similar to her sister that we have.
The information that we have for the chipped dog is that it is 7 months. We believe the dog was purchased from a seller named Lee (photo attached) that we purchased our dog Pepsi from in Coalville. Pepsi was sold as a cockapoo - which she obviously isn’t, and we believe that’s most likely the same situation with this dog as well.On DOUGALS ARMY facebook page x

- A female unchipped terrier has been found wondering in watford today. The found dog looks extremely similar to Luna but has been confirmed NOT luna. There are differences in markings when looking closely confirmed by LUNA's owner Mario.
Thank you for anyone sharing this dog found in Watford "Park avenue, millway area" she is with medivet Watford and had a pink collar with no tag on.. hopefully her owners will be found. Last edited: 2020-12-17 21:14:15 by Lottie @ Muddy Paws - 2020-12-17 21:10 Lottie @ Muddy Paws

LUNA IS STILL MISSING
Day 10 and luna is still missing.
We have had another possible sighting close to home and we are hoping this new information will allow us to lay smelly food trails and lure her home.
We have 2 cameras down with feeding stations and have been checking the dense areas with a thermal camera whenever possible.
Once hopefully the sighting is confirmed or we have caught on a feeding station we will get a trap in a suitable place which will be monitored (to protect wildlife) and filled with enticing food to hopefully bring luna home without scaring her and moving her away from where she has felt so safe.
There has only been 2 sightings and both are u confirmed. We are all hopeful ❤️🙏
If you could all continue to respect our requests to not go out searching and calling as we'd like lunas hiding spot to stay a secret for her only so she stays close by until she is trapped.
Thank you TEAM LUNA 🤞🙏
