- Other Info * PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT MISSING BOBBIE WN2 or OWL FOUND in SOUTHPORT which has been REUNITED *** TAGGED Barn Owl was caught and is now with Wild Wings Birds of Prey Sanctuary while trying to find Owner. Proof of ownership will be required if claiming this Owl which has a Tag Number on its ring. Breeder has been contacted by the Sanctuary but there is no record for Owner, bird may of been rehomed since. Please share and help find current Owner

- Have been in touch with Sanctuary again and the Owl is still with them. I have updated the photos and info.

- Can confirm this Owl is not the one we had been informed was reunited. Have had a call from the bird sanctuary where it still is and owner has not been found yet. Will update ASAP and do a share post.
Can also confirm is not BOBBIE.

- When I was in touch with BOBBIE’s Family another screenshot had been sent to them so not 100% clear yet if it is the same one as this found one, so could be two different Owls. Once find out will update ASAP.

- Moved back to found. Believe or not there were two found owls and it is not this one that is reunited. Not believed to be Bobbie either but checks are continuing

- Brilliant, thanks for sending a msg as well. At least now we can eliminate BOBBIE and no need to do a share post for this FOUND one. Will update any posts I see that have shared the details.

- Just spoken with Babs from Independent Bird Registry who has informed that she was able to trace the tag and the barn owl is now reunited with owner.

- A member of Independent Bird Registry has been in touch to see if she can help identify the owner via the bird's tag. If anyone has any information regarding where the owl is and the tag number please call 07896 162137. Thanks.

- Also spoken to the Pub staff and they are going to contact the Staff member to find out where the found Owl is now.

- Have spoken to Owner of Bobbie and will be sending pic and details to a family member of the Found one which they have not been made aware of. They said is a fair distance. Would be great if it was him does look very similar.

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
