"For all you very kind people who have been and still are offering your help to find Alfie.
I have provided a map with all the information I have.
Pink = where I last saw him on the railway line
Blue = where he was seen stealing bread from a garden, day 2,3 and 4 after being missing 6,7, 8th December
Purple = where he was seen Friday 18th December early evening 5-6pm
Green = where he was seen Sunday 20th December again early evening
Orange = milltimber where we used to live.
Alfie is in survival mode so will be in hiding throughout the day to avoid being seen and then he will hunt/scavenge in the evenings or early mornings. All I ask is for you to look within woodland areas for any areas of flattened or dug up ground off the beaten track that he could be using as bedding . Carcasses of birds or rabbits. Within towns or farmyards for upturned bins or anything unusual.
Please do not call him as this will drive him further away. Instead carry smelly food that may bring him to you due to hunger. If he did come towards you please get down very low, avoid eye contact and through small pieces of the food to draw him closer to you, close enough for you to hold him without launching at him. He is very agile and fast.
Should you suspect anything please call me straight away, the sooner I know the better chance we have of finding him.
We truly appreciate your well wishes and hopeful thoughts. I'm sure you appreciate it's a full time job for us at the moment searching, worrying and manning my phone. So that I may react very quickly to any positive information could I ask that you only contact me if you've either sighted him or suspect he may have been in your property.
We are indebted to you all.
Let's hope we can find our furry baby.".

A comment on Alfie's post National Group:-

I was looking at a map and the possible and definite sightings of Alfie along the A93 North Deeside Road might mean he is sticking to travelling by road from Deeside where he lives towards where he previously lived at Milltimber in Aberdeen. Just a thought but I am sure the family will already have considered this.
And another comment:-

if it was Alfie who went to Drumoak (a positive sighting) and then was possibly sighted back along the A93 at Crathes which is heading back towards Banchory he was maybe returning to where he last saw his family and if they have not already left their clothing with familiar smells to him they could consider that in case he turns up back at that site once more. Just a thought.

Comment from owner"Our beautiful baby boy ALFIE is still missing. We are devastated.
He’s been alone in the cold and wet since Friday 4th December around 9.30. From the railway line in Banchory between the sawmill and the white picket fence at the railway crossing.
He is an 11 year old sprocker who is very friendly.
However is is now well into survival mode so will not respond to his name. The best we can hope for is that hunger will drive him and this may allow a sighting.
He was seen a week ago stealing bread from a garden in drumoak. We used to live in Milltimber so our search area is so vast.
Please please let me know if you think you may have seen him.

We thank you for your time.
