Posted on facebook .....We were notified anonymously at the weekend that Jack had been taken against his will.
This lead has emerged through “The Grapevine” so we have no more information at this present time.
The Surrey police have been informed of this update and would like to speak to anyone that has anymore leads on 01483 639746. If people don’t want to contact the police then they can ring Paul or myself and any information given will be treated confidentially. The £5000 still stands for any information leading to Jack’s safe return home
Anybody who has a neighbour or friend who has had a new dog in the last 6 weeks please check to see if it is Jack and please please call us.
Somebody out there must know where Jack is, so please have a heart and let him come home, we love & miss him so much

Hi I'm the guy who found 163819 in Richmond - sadly, I'm so sorry to say they have nothing in common visually. Mine is at https://www.doglost.co.uk/dog-blog.php?dogId=163819

I apologize, and I hope you find your dog very soon.

SEARCH PARTY ON SUNDAY 20th DEC @ 10.30am FOR JACK
PENTON HOOK LOCK TW18 2SZ
At the time of writing, its approximately 80 hours since we last saw Jack.
First and foremost I’d like to thank everyone for their support and kind words over these past 3 days. Unfortunately Jack is still missing and we remain ever hopeful that he will come back home soon.
With this in mind we are organising a search party on the island for Sunday morning. The weather is forecast to be bright and sunny. We are hoping that a more coordinated approach may help in finding him.
We will be meeting at the lock at 1030hrs.
Please be aware that the ground is particularly unfriendly when you venture “ off path “ into the centre of the island. Suitable clothing is essential. Arms and legs need to be covered. Gardening gloves or some form of hand covering would be advised as well as suitable footwear
Garden forks, rakes, loppers, secateurs etc. would all make the search a lot easier.
Please feel free to add / suggest anything on this post which you may feel help to find our Jack.
ALSO PLEASE ENSURE WE RESPECT SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES
Looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible on Sunday x.

Our little boy has been missing now for over 48hrs, hopefully we are getting his picture out there as much as possible. All the local vets, police, dog warden and battersea dogs home have been contacted. Today we have started putting up posters around Chertsey , Laleham and Staines and hopefully that may help.
Thank you to everyone far and wide for your comments and support and kind words, apologies if i haven’t replied to you, I am not being rude but I have had so many messages and my time has been spent trying to find Jack.
We have had no sightings of him at all on the island or the RIver Thames, the last time he was seen was at about 3pm on Tuesday 15th December on the island at Penton Hook Lock .We are still presuming he is stuck down a hole or injured somewhere. But if there is a chance that someone has taken him please please let him come home, we love and miss him so much, and Stanley our other dog is really missing his little mate. Just call us and we will come and pick him up at a meeting place or leave him safely somewhere , no questions asked we just want him home safe and well.

From owner's FB page "Jack has been missing now for nearly 24hrs from penton hook lock, we have walked along the river to Chertsey lock to see if he was in the water as we were told that he will end up there if he may have drowned. The lock keeper at penton hook lock has had a look at his cctv and has not seen Jack leaving the island, so the only other thought we have is that he is hurt or is stuck down a rabbit or fox hole. please everyone keep a look out for him we just want him home safe with us, we are so worried about him."
