Have just called owner: facebook posts in Tetbury area overnight resulted in a message being sent to me: a dogs body has been sighted at side of the main road this morning. Owner is aware...she cannot go right now but will try to get a family member there asap. If anyone else CAN check the dog is not just lying injured it would be great "The dog was between doughton and westonbirt on the left hand side (school side). Nearer to doughton however, on the grass verge"

Try not to leave your pets on their own during fireworks.
