What lovely photos.  I'm so pleased that Coco is back home.
I have to echo what's already been said though.  Please be vigilant when he is in the garden.  It's a sad state of affairs but dogs aren't even safe alone in their own gardens these days.

Spoken to Lurcher Ladd now and updated Coco's details, they are doing a brilliant job, Coco has been in the Liverpool Echo and on local radio.  Have given family further advice.  A4 poster and smaller posters with further information emailed to family.  Various size posters also emailed to local registered DL helpers and Rescues. If anyone is able to help with the postering or forwarding posters onto others to spread the word please let us know and they can be emailed to you.    Good luck and hope she is found soon and reunited with her owner who is deeply missing her.  Jan x Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/liverpool-news/local-news/2008/12/24/pensioner-s-pet-pug-stolen-from-her-front-garden-100252-22542959/ Link above to Liverpool Echo News article Great news, looks like Coco will be back HOME tomorrow with her owner. Just had a call from Lurcher Lad.  Long story but basically due to the media coverage in the Liverpool Echo a caller seen the story and knew where she was, they could not get in touch with family as Echo only had their contact number and not the owners, with the Holiday period the Echo has not been contactable.  Person who had her took her to a vets (after a few other places) who scanned her, she is still registered with her Breeder who travelled from Bolton to pick her up.  When talking to Lurcher Lad earlier today I stressed the importance of contacting the Chip Co and the Breeder, which he was going to do.  Once she is back with her family will move her into the REUNITED.  Family will have a sleepless night now and will be going to Bolton in the morning to bring her home.   Liverpool Echo coming up trumps again with a brilliant result and great to see a caring Breeder willing to travel for one of their dogs.  Good luck and a safe journey home Coco, look forward to confimation that you are HOME and moving you into the BLUE.  Jan x  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Lurcher Lad, sorry to see Coco is missing.  Thanks for registering on DL and adding her details, we will do all we can to help you in your search.   Can you please upload photo/s or email to admin@doglost.co.uk any problems with a photo let us know.  You need to poster poster poster the area as much as possible.  Make Coco TOO HOT TO HANDLE we cannot stress enough the importance of the postering.  Posters can be printed by selecting Dog Poster 1 just above Dog Information (you must be logged in).  If she has been STOLEN you must get a CRIME NUMBER from the Police not just a log number.  Contact DW's, rescues, vets and leave a poster (you can find vets in the area by clicking on the logo right hand side just underneath Latest Missing photo).  Dogs can be rehomed after 7 days, try and visit rescues do not rely on phone calls alone.  Great that she is CHIPPED do contact the Chip co and ensure your details are up to date and report her missing.  Please update us on the circumstances of how he they have gone missing, who has been contacted i.e. DW's etc and if you have started postering.  You can leave a comment by selecting  Add a comment  just above Comments.  Good luck and hope she is found soon.  Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
