- Other Info DOUGAL IS CHIPPED.Potential could have fallen in the river. Very friendly boy,wearing a red tartan collar and tag. Has been showing signs of ageing recently e.g. going slightly deaf and eyes starting to get a little bit cloudy. If found, Dougal must be reported to the Council Dog Warden As REQUIRED BY LAW
