- Great BONNIE is now back home where she belongs. Chip Co have replied and Chip is not registered which Owner was unaware of. Have given advice re registering with PetLog who are much easier to contact if BONNIE was to go missing again. Thanks again to everyone who has helped. Welcome home gorgeous. ❤️❤️❤️

- I am aware of this one, not area I cover but AW’s msgd me at 23.50pm and alerted me to her missing post on fb group by family member of owner. I followed up, commented on the share post and sent a msg to family member and got a reply back straight away. Was liaising with family and AW’s passing info onto both also members of the group. AW’s had the contact number to ring back this morning which was great.
The AW’s tried numerous times to contact the Chip Co via telephone and email but did not get a reply, if they had Chip holder details would of been contacted straight away. Anyone getting their pets chipped should look into how anyone who scans gets in touch. As we all know time is of the essence for owners to know their pets are safe and especially when reclaim fees are being incurred.
So pleased she will be going home soon. WELL DONE and THANK YOU to the AW who goes above and beyond even when not on shift checking for missing posts and very often alerts myself to a match so can follow up. Also thanks to members of the fb group who were giving help and advice.
