- Not sure if owner has updated you but Blacky went home today. Owner was given a Notice to register his microchip and advised on having a tag on his collar.

- This dog is safe as he was collected this afternoon by Hertsmere BC. Warden going to ring owner now and advise her to phone them in the morning to arrange his return.
