- Other Info ROXBY N/YORKS. He has arthritis, so cannot walk far and will be in pain without med's. He is also very very nervous. A delivery vehicle sped off from the farm & Billy was discovered missing.

- So pleased Billy has been found quickly, disgusting to steal a dog and abandon it miles away. If it was a delivery van do the police think they will be able to trace it and the driver?
